Health & safety

This year, the BestPractice Day will be held in the Stuttgart area: in the FILDERHALLE. Your health is our first priority. So that the congress will be a safe experience for you, we are carefully implementing the recommendations of the Robert-Koch-Institut. The FILDERHALLE has introduced an appropriate hygiene concept.

Based on the Corona act of the state of Baden-Württemberg, adjusted limitations on the number of people apply for all facilities and public areas. Due to the current protection regulations, we have limited the number of participants in the BestPractice Day to 180 people this year. In all rooms of the FILDERHALLE, strict distancing regulations apply; a distance of at least 1.5 m has to be maintained in the event rooms, the bathroom facilities, and the food area.

In addition to a directional system and secure dividers of plexiglass, a state-of-the-art ventilation system will ensure your safety. In the breaks, the rooms will be aired out regularly and the door handles disinfected.

Of course the general AHA rules also apply in the FILDERHALLE. Thus, the wearing of medical-grade mouth and nose protection is mandatory in all parts of the building, as is maintaining a minimum distance of 1.5 m.

At all entrances, contactless disinfectant dispensers and mouth and nose protection are provided for you for the BestPractice Day. In the bathrooms, additional dispensing equipment has been installed near the sinks.

All guests are reminded to wash their hands regularly and/or disinfect them and to always sneeze or cough only into their elbows or a tissue.

All contact points in the event building will also be disinfected regularly according to the specifications of the Robert-Koch-Institut. The service and reception personnel of the FILDERHALLE have been trained on infection protection measures and will be informed daily about current developments. For prevention, all employees of the FILDERHALLE will also wear mouth and nose protection during the entire event.

All food and drinks will be served by service personnel under strict adherence to hygiene regulations. Food and drinks will be provided to you covered.

The service personnel of the FILDERHALLE will provide each seat with drinks for the event. In the course of the BestPractice Day, service employees will serve you hot drinks and snacks (e.g. buttered pretzels, cake, etc.) packed in paper bags incl. a hygenic napkin directly in your seat.

Lunch will also be brought directly to your table by a service employee. For this, the FILDERHALLE will present appropriate signage at the reception table before the start of the event with three meal selections (meat, fish, and vegetarian). Please select a colored food ticket for your menu preference and place it on your table in the conference room so that it is very visible. The service employee will serve you the appetizer, main course, and dessert all at the same time.

+ + NOTE: The safety concept will be adapted constantly to current safety provisions. If you have questions, we will, of course, be glad to answer them! + + +
